Democrats Are Now Favored To Win Back The Senate Thanks To Trump and Cruz

With Republicans in a state of total collapse, a new analysis shows that Democrats are now favored to win back the Senate in 2016.

The two-pronged problem of the ugly Republican nomination fight and the decision by Senate Republicans to obstruct President Obama’s Supreme Court nominee has already done grave damage to the GOP’s odds of keeping control of the Senate. Polling within the last week has revealed that as many as eight Republican incumbent Senators are being damaged by the Supreme Court nominee obstruction. Four of the endangered eight incumbents reside in blue states. Pat Toomey (R-PA), Rob Portman (R-OH), Kelly Ayotte (R-NH), and Ron Johnson (R-WI) were already underdogs in 2016 who are facing an even more challenging path to reelection.

Polling also reveals that Donald Trump will drive a sizable percentage of Republican voters to vote for Hillary Clinton. Ted Cruz and Donald Trump both have approval ratings in the 30s. Both Cruz and Trump will narrow the Republican electorate by alienating moderates and Independents. The combination of Senate Republicans obstructing Obama’s SCOTUS nominee and an extremist with a limited appeal at the top of the GOP ticket looks like it will lead to Democrats, not only keeping the White House but also taking back the Senate in 2016.

The irony of of someone using the phrase "delusional lefty" while caping for this clown as the Republican nominee is well...

That might make sense if I was actually "caping" for that phony. But yeah, when you have nothing...invent it.

Why is it that Trumps dick size is such a topic of discussion in the GOP's presidential nomination campaign? Who's been talking, Ivana? Like, this some funny shit, and the world is laughing (scared?) at the US. Firstly, because Trump is going to win, and secondly, is that it seems that penis size is SO important in ruling the most powerful nation on earth. My bet is that he as either a tiny dick, or no dick at all, and he has to make up for that fact with his grandiose load of shit that I am the greatest man alive. I say dick size is no longer important in American politics, and that everyone (men) are going to have to learn to lick that little bunny, instead of some assholes dick.
Go Hillary!!!

Republicans who say they'll vote for Hillary over trump are like the Democrats who say they'll leave the country if Trump is elected president. It's just talk.
I know I'm going back the the fatherland (Eire) if that miscreant wins. Why stay here because the world as we know it will end, and I'd rather die with people with brains, than with fools.

Funny stuff. Your link is not a poll that says this, but analysis of polls done by another delusional Lefty...which also is almost redundent.

Weak sauce Dude.
The analysis was done by Stuart Rothenberg from CQ (Congressional Quarterly) Roll Call which is part of the Economist Group (as in the publication the Economist, you know one of the most respected if you know anything of scholarship). Delusional lefty? Hardly fucking not. Try to get a job at any one of the Economist Group as an analysist and then tell me how hard they laugh at you, please. Rothenberg is an op-ed contributor for the Washington Post, New York Times, and Wall Street Journal, and Political Wire (incredibly well respected blog). In 2010 he predicted that the Republicans would win between 55-65 seats and 6-8 seats in the House of Representatives and Senate respectively and guess what? Republicans gained 63 seats in the House and 6 in the Senate.

Come back with a less thoughtless response and I won't have to embarrass you.
