Hey everybody!

I'm new to the forum, first time poster. I just got into growing a little over a year ago and I currently manage my own macro grow.

I know there's plenty of knowledge on this site and so I'm here to share my experiences and see what I can learn from you guys.

After my first crop and a week of hand trimming I decided I could never do that again.

I borrowed my friend's cheap auto trimmer and i immediately gave it back lol. It tore my buds to shreds and all of the stems were stringy. Similar to this one

I then went to my friend's hydroponics store and he let me demo a $5000 trimmer. Better than the first one, but still shitty compared to hand trim. I forgot the exact brand

Finally one of my friends suggested trying his Tumbler. I tried it out and good God I'll never hand trim again. I ordered my own the next day. And it was only like 400 bucks! Here's the link if you guys are interested.

I have had 12 harvests since then and each one had been tumbled with that machine. My search ended there considering how it takes less than an hour to trim over 5lbs and it does so with literally no damage to the bud. The buds gotta be dry when you de-nug and throw it in the Tumbler, but the leaves get caught in the Tumbler's net and pull themselves off with their own weight when the net is rotated and it leaves you with clean ass buds.

I love it, highly recommend it to anyone who grows, and would love to hear your guys opinions!

Thanks for your time guys, how do you trim?

Its a dry trim machine and theres no way it does a good job. It smashes the buds all around and rubs off all the tricombs (definitely) and the leaves (hopefully). I gaurentee the bud looks like shwag when it comes out.

I hire the young kids in the neighborhood, trade a bud for a days work and if they mess up any buds they have to pay me 100 bucks for each one they screw up....gotta love child labor.... oh and they only get the smallest bud that they trim.... I do offer a health plan in case they get arthritis... told them if they turn 65 and they have arthritis of the hands, I will provide the pain reliever..... :D:bigjoint:

No way... I only use the 5 year olds since they have great scissor skills at that age... by 6 I boot them out since their skills are getting sloppy and they start getting sassy.... :bigjoint:.....

I bet they'd do a better job than the garbage the op is selling.

If you read the page it works by using a not super thin mesh meant to catch the buds by the leaves and gently pull them away using simple gravity. We don't know if this machine works or not. You could argue simply handling your buds rubs off trichomes and surely your hands are all over them when your trimming with your hands?

All I'm saying is read the web page and don't make assumptions, we know nothing of this product.

The person who posted it is advertising against forum policy. One post, and its a product placement.... And i did read it. Its a bag with holes in it, on some pvc pipe, with a handle. And they want 500 bucks for one. Might as well use a pillow case and a mop handle.
