Might put them in bloom shortly maybe a little more time in veg to even the canopey

If they are at least one foot tall go for it!
Having a fan that close might dry out the leaves excessively can you place it outside your tent?
Also if you are using high p bloom foods don't use them for the first few weeks after flip, keep the leaves green as they are.
