Has anyone tried those bubblebowls from dogtown?

the original true bubble bags are the same way basically water only flows down when you get to the last few screens on a big bubble bag run you sit and wait and wait and wait for the last two bags to drain out.. the newer style bags are mesh all around so they drain easier. I'm still a bubble bag fan though i haven't used the newer all mesh ones

no, longer than the new style hash bags ... it would probably strain the same as bubble bags... you don't know what the true bubble bags are VS new hash bags right?

are you just talking solid siding (old) vs mesh siding (new)?

having the solid walls looks like it would make life easier

the original bubble bags only drain from the bottom heres the other newer style

yeah bags can be a pain when lifting and holding them.. I've never used the tubs but I'm sure someone here will have hopefully they see the post... or maybe someone knows a bit more.. i am curious to know how the mesh is bound to the plastic because id be worried about them eventually giving to weight.

From their amazon listing
  • Simply the fastest and easiest system for plant oil extraction!
  • Bubble Bowls are built to last. No stitch points to tear!
  • Polyester mesh is fused into the plastic giving it superior strength!
  • Rigid bowl structure makes the Dri-Shake 160 the perfect dry ice system!
also they come with a 5 year warranty so maybe that would cover a tear

id like to see them work i don't get how theirs is some how magically faster... straining through certain microns will be the same regardless.. i have had my bubble bags since 2003 they have never once torn... or lost stiching.. i wouldn't trust it heres why you can go to places like meijer walmart etc and buy strainers that are mesh strainers fused int the plastic handle and the damn things pull out pretty easy i can't see this being much different. i can also see you stirring the ice and shit and pushing it out somehow with a slip...

all i see is a different style

Yea I hear you hence looking for input from somebody who has used them :weed:

here are a few vids of them in action

I've seen those bowls a few times and they definitely piqued my interest. Don't get me wrong I love my full melt bubble but messing with bags can be a pain. Making bubble is no fun.

skip all the hassle and buy yourself some dry sifting screens from pocono or the likes. Easier to make, less tools and equipment required, no room for error drying like with water hash(I see poor drying and separation all the time online) and you end up with a superior product for like 1/10th of the price. Dry sift is the future.

No need to wait man just jerk the bag up and down a couple times and it drains in mere seconds. Bubbleman demonstrates this on his videos all the time.

Can you link to a demo of the dry sift technique?
