My RynoRyder auto flower is at day 52, started flowering 2 days ago, I'm pretty sure there's some root rot going on and I really need to transplant her.. what kind of damage and stress am I looking at doing?

well i guess it could be bound.. the leaves started eating themselves and turning brown and crispy. I will look on my phone and see if i can find a pic, if not, after work.As long as you don't mess up the transplanting, the shock shouldn't been TOO bad. I mean, yes there is no way of avoiding the stress, it really messed my last grow up. Always start in the final container. Are you sure that the problem is root rot? Is she not root bound? How big is your pot? And what are your symptoms? Got any pics?
All those could be a factor too. I was trying to force her into flower with tiger bloom, and watered her 3 times in a week and a half. so you might have a good point here. i cut the tips off any of the infected leaves.. anyone hear of an auto going 90+ days? because if this thing is doing well, thats where im headingBrown and crispy? My first guess would be overnuting actually. But I've not had root issues so no experience there.
When my plants got brown and crispy it was a combination of over feeding, light too close, and pH fluctuations.
