There can be a number of circumstances that I can think of where a bankruptcy would be very helpful, especially tax wise. You could start a business and take advantage of government programs giving you money and then suck the money out thru payroll, bonuses, etc. Then use the loss by a "parent" corporation for a tax write-off advantage.
