No dude i think their stunted.
Plus thats not near what im asking help for. These are autos i expect 2-5 oz

Story of top pic (dwc one) aka auto Colorado cookies
I planted 4 plants in rockwhool never watered in 4 days all were basically dead but this one was fine. I watered it and left it in the dome for a day then put dwc bucket. Next day it was drooping (friday) it was waterwd again Saturday. now its monday and almost 0 growth

Second is auto ultimate which was dead from i think underwatering cause i gave it water and within two days the bottom leaves were yellow but new growth was green.

The third pic (thc bomb) was put in the rockwhool of one of the dead plants and watered. I let it germ in. a paper towel fully until the shell was spread off. It was put in friday
Also nearly 0 growth!

Im stumped!!!

Use google mate, no one here can help you unless you're specific on what the problem is.

Wow, 2 yodas, one thread.........
Feisty gave you a nice lump of gold on that one...first grow K.I.S.S.

Get a harvest or 2 learn to read your plants, then try autos or dwc, both of these together on a first try is gonna complicate things, autos don't allow you to make mistakes, not enough veg time to come back from them, and dwc while being amazingly effective has issues you will face as well,(water temps, root issues, ph issues, equipment failure, etc.) Good luck and don't give up, just keep researching

Sorry if I wasn't helpful, not a dwc guy myself, I do know one who knows his shit though maybe he can help more @Screaming trees can you give this fella a few tips?

I used to do dwc once a year because I couldn't get my sunmix. I used rockwool once and never again, an experienced DWC grower warned me off because the rockwool when saturated doesn't hold sufficient oxygen and plants stall.

Thank you guys for your help. Ive been researching for almost a yr. Starting with no knowledge at all. I know how to run dwc its just the seedling stage thats fucking me up. Im about to order a tent 4x4 or should i order a 5x5? With a 600w Im gonna have to use a dehumidifier cause it will be in a tin shed outside. Also may need an ac unit. For summer and space heater for winter

Also i really need help with setting up side lighting? The only idea i have involves alot of sockets, extension cords and multiplug in surge protectors... There has to be a better way than that right?

If it's your first grow use K.I.S.S. Keep it simple
Wanted to do nothing but hydro when I decided to grow my own. Wanted a top down watering DWC, bought recirc pups, aerators, hydroton, buckets, tons of shit basically. Hated the rockwool and had issues getting my sprouts going. << Although had great luck with an aerogarden. Anyway, decided on a 3 gallon airpot and some FFOF soil and it was the best thing I did in my opinion. The humidity from the DWC created other issues for me altogether. I have enough humidity to deal with already. Thanks

So much easier, learning to read my plants and use nutes, plus it's going like wildfire. So I'm stoked. Autos are so easy. I would do a soil or coco grow personally.

Keeping it simple has helped me diagnose problems as they came up, especially when I kept a journal. The fewer variables, the easier the diagnosis. Aside from keeping a detailed journal, having an experienced grower come to my garden and point out my needs was a lifesaver. Garden consulting is big out here in Humboldt County.

Well they all died. So it looks like im going to have to start over. The only survivor was the photoperiod THC bomb i started a month early for this yr outdoor. Ill thro in a pic of it.

Now about the autos, i have already germed one Girls scout cookies by fast buds and planted it in.... SOIL FFHF to be exact with roughly 25-30% perlite. (Same mix as thc bomb) ived moved my grow opp from a closet to my tin shed. Im ordering a tent tomorrow. Either a 4x4 or a 5x5. Im gonna do 4 in soil in each corner and try one more in DWC in the center. Im still looking for the best ways to install cfl side lighting in my tent i want to have 5 on each side. Im also gonna be using GH nutes in soil. But ive heard this works so...

Dude what a day !! I never thought we'd get everything done. Well we really didn't get it all done but we got a lot done. But the fields got turned and one of my horses hurt his leg so it took a little longer. But anyways. Rambling as usual.
I don't have a lot of experience starting seeds to DWC. But I have a 100% crack rate and start using rapid rooter plugs.
I have a blacked out dome I put my plugs in and cover for as many days as it takes for them to get close to 3 inches tall.
I mix up a solution of declorinated water with a PH of 5.5 with Canna Rhizotonic and great white. I soak my plugs and squeeze them just enough to where they're not dripping.
Pop them in the dome, put a seed in each hole. I keep one plug to rip a little chunk to stuff the hole and cover the seeds then pop the blacked out dome on top and check on day 3 to see how big they've gotten. It never fails. 100% everytime.
From what I've noticed the seedlings don't need any light to grow for a day or two once they crack and they grow like CRAZY in the dark. But if they stay to long or they'll start turning yellow. Which honestly, nothing needs strong light when first starting to develop roots. I put my aero cloners near ambient lighting and they flourish and root ultra fast. No direct light what so ever. It's almost dark near my cloners. Try it and watch how fast they root.
I've always started my DWC with cuttings from from my Aero cloner but I wonder if you could pop the plug in the little net that holds the neoprene and clone and wait until the roots got long enough to put in the DWC. I personally can't stand Rockwool. Some people love it but I've never had much luck with it. The plugs work so much better for me.
I hope that somewhat helps. I've seen this one guy at my store use the rapid rooter plugs in these homemade water channels and water will flow under them and the roots will start growing and flowing with the water streaming down. I've never seen anybody do it that way. It's pretty cool setup. Looks homemade.
Hope all is well @Bbcchance
