How should I cool my room

Im currently building a 600 square foot room that will have 18 1000W DE gavitas in it. My question is whats the best way to cool a room that size with that amount of heat output from the lights. My ceilings are 8' and I will be running CO2 so heat tolerance can be higher.

If you are running CO2, doesn't that mean you'll want a closed system?
So, a good exhaust setup isn't the answer - a strong air conditioner is :)

Right and I was thinking an ac unit but I don't know what's a good brand. I have about 8000$ to spend on the cooling system and I don't want junk.

Dang that's some light, 18,000w of DE-HPS, you'll need a 5ton ac unit at minimum or 7.5 ton rooftop package unit, now if it's only 1 1000w DE-HPS instead of 18 1000w you'll just need a little mini split system

Pretty sure 18 gavitas is too much for that room. 20x30 with 8 foot ceilings. Roughly 17,000.00 for the split systems. Don't forget about the burner heat. Or the 2 burners and their heat.

Yes I'm talking 2 5 ton split systems. The worst thing that could happen which happens to quite a few is that they try to put the same amount of DE lamps in their room that they had in single ended bulb set ups. Their not ready for the heat. Happened to a guy i know. He ran 12 single ended lamps then went gung ho and bought 12 gavita fixtures. He is the first to tell ya he fucked up. He has that gavita controller and it turns him down to like 680 watts i believe he said. He also has a 4 ton air conditioner and has 9 foot ceilings. I wish you great things though, just make sure your research is rock solid.

Come on, you're building an 18kw room costing thousands and thousands but can't Google?

1kw = 3600 BTU. Add 10% headroom and you'll need 4k BTU per light.

Therefore 18 lights need 72k BTU to cool them.

1 ton = 12k BTU. So 6 ton of AC will cool your room while running at around 90% capacity. If you want more headroom\redundency then add more as appropriate.

HIgher seer ratings are no joke, they cut electrical bills. Carrier and Aura have been good to me, Shinco took a crap on me, worst thing is no support, no parts etc, their entire unit is on one circuit board making impossible to trouble shoot.

If you're not interested in the seer Goodman look into rheem, buy the equipment have a handyman put it all together and charge the system or setup the plenum furnace sweat the pipes run ducting and then have someone charge the system, or get a commercial package unit system put it on the roof.or
Get 3-4 mini split systems
What are the temperatures like in your area ? Sealed room ? Many different ways to go about
