So if a cop sees someone in distress, they're allowed to just ignore it? OK
I explained it in a previous post.

events are responsible for their own security..now say someone gets killed then they would be responsible to show up but not for general security or traffic control..if you see a cop doing it it's because the event hired them through the police department..he's not a regular on duty cop.

Which type of medication are you on right now? I'm looking at your post, scratching my head, and still can't figure out how that attitude is supposed to work. Do you enjoy disruption? Does civil unrest amuse you?

Civil unrest? Nope, I just don't like anyone that doesn't like me. And they go out of their way everyday to prove that they don't like me. Fuck'em.
