Im going to disagree...its part of the bud growth. Every single one of those are calyxes you pulled off
I've been trying to figure this out for a while now. That's what I originally thought too is they were just very swollen calyxs but after looking at like zillions of photos of nanners or male pods growing on buds I think it's pretty clear now they are male balls. Got these from Google images:

This is actually white widow which is in Misty's genetics: notice the smililarity of the balls being pulled off to my first pic on my first post.

Same with this one:

Now, here's a close up of one of the "balls" where nanners are growing out of. This is much further along then my picture, but look at the similarities to mine: the nanners have the same shape, they are just poking out further (it's good mine are not yet - they'd be more likely to pollinate the others.)

Here's mine so you don't have to scroll:

Finally, heres a nice pic of the "growing" of a cluster of nanners, and then a fully grown and open cluster (this would pollenate everything) You can see that they do indeed appear to be growing out of a pod like thing originally:

Now have I convinced you?
I'd feel better killing it if you agreed too lol... seriously

This is a great thread!!! I would not have guessed that was a hermie until the last few pics, never seen the calyxes with the pollen sacks in them, really cool :).
Thank you. Glad I can help for anybody in the future. Sounds like a common problem.

So I killed it tonight and was able to look through it better.
I did actually find about 5 or 6 very underdeveloped seeds on there.
Should I be worried?

Not sure but it kinda is what it is now I guess. Couple seeds are ok :).
Ok.
Sucks that I go for good legitimate genetics and yet still end up with this confusing shit happening on my very first run!
I should notify Lewis from MWS maybe that his Misty seeds are no good? Cuz I actually bought 3 seeds of this strain since it was not feminized... only 1 popped. I was pissed enough about that but now the only one that pops is a hermie? Comon, that's just a shitty strain with retard genetics. Don't sell that shit to people. Ruins their whole crop!

Oh well though, regardless, i've actually found growing to be really enjoyable for me! It's exciting watching the plants grow and buds form day after day. And im looking forward to a healthy harvest and good smoke! Even if my highest yielder is a genetic anomaly!

Thanks again everyone! I'm sure I'll be back lol.
