Sativa and indica seeds from a hybrid plant?

Is it possible to get two different types of buds from a hybrid plant?
Sure is. They are called phenotypes. The phenotypes are expressions of the parent plants used in the hybrid cross. If you took say a sativa like haze and a pure indica like afghani, you would get 25% of offspring that look like the haze, 25% of offspring would look like the afghani and 50% would come out with a mixture of both the parents.

Edit- just re-read your post and are you asking if you can get both types on one plant? If so the answer is no unless you grafted one onto the other.

Thanks for the info. I had gotten a strain that the club said was a hybrid. 3 out of four plants so far have fat leaves like indica but the 4th has skinny leaves like a sativa

If all 4 plants were all the same cut, 1 should not look any different if grown in the same environment.... If so, I would wager the odd plant out was mislabeled.

Phenos relate to progeny found in seeds.
