I'm telling you guys, I'm having colossal success with bare chips REALLY close to the top of my canopy in a 4*8 tent. For the love of god, I need to tell someone about this. 1400 mA on 3070s (what I'm using, just the ones from PLC), or 3590s, either way. I just heard Medicropper talking about an upstart recreational grower in Washinton State right now, growing with Gavitas in old walk-in coolers.
Dude said they're pulling 4 pounds a light, utilizing Gavitas I believe, the header on the walk-in to cool the room, and running a lot of CO2 I believe. Here's their deal: $10,000 to set up one of their modular grows. I don't know about you guys, but I'm getting over four pounds per light (20 CXB3070s, I think Mau5 has a similar setup to mine really, I just use a tent). I'm pretty sure anyone here could make it as a licensed producer if they wanted to throw the switch. It seems like most people still can't manage to grow economically viable indoor cannabis at market demand rate, some can, others can't. I feel like COBs could be the thing that fucks up the game and finally breaks cartel pricing, we might see bud plummet even further in price than it already has, but that could be a good thing. Good for guys like us at least.
