25% EWC/compost
25% pumice/rice hulls
50% sphagnum (make sure to hydrate first!!!)

per cuft of base mix:

5 cups rock dust mix (4x glacial, 1x basalt, 1x bentonite, 1x oyster shell)
1/2 cup gypsum
1/2 cup neem/karanja meal
1/2 cup crab shell meal
1/2 cup kelp meal
1 cup biochar
Take away 1/2 of the peat and add leaf mold. High CEC and the microbes mainly hang out in it from its high Carbon value. Organic acids are present too but leaf mold Is a reliable renewable resource. Much better for the enviroment-
Other than that, the mix sounds good!
See, isn't playing in the dirt fun!!!!

Caution on the gypsum. Not that you have to much, I've used it before in the past and I was unhappy with it. It fucked with my calcium availability. I refuse to add it anymore. There's other products out there that can give the same result.
