Grow room so far (pics)

Hi all, ok just a few questions ive got 4 x 100w cfls about 1 inch away from the plant, the temp is always around 72 ,is this about right temp? its currently set on 7/17 ( cant do 6/18 with the timer i have got) is that ok?the seedling leafs and the first set of leafs were already drying up and since i moved the plant into the room the 3rd set of leafs are starting to dry up. Ive filled the pot with new soil to the first set of leafs. At some point i will be instaling an extractor fan and ducting then a filter once it starts to smell. Just want to know if this set up will work and if the plant problems are anything to worry about

i'd go 24 on. untill your ready for 12/12.
ever see the northern farmer stadium grow? maybe you could do a "mini" stadium with a 250 Metal halide. probably have 6-10 real nice 2' plants.

When should one go on 12/12 from 24/0?

I believe it is once it is around/over 12" or has 6+ nodes on it or has something like 4+ leaves on it. Not 100% sure. Do a quick few searches and I am sure you will have your answer.
