I can see mite eggs on the leaf in the first picture. Sorry but, I pretty sure it's russet mites.

Looks like heat stress. Too high of heat and too low humidity.
I also think it looks a lot like heat issues. There may be bugs as well, hard to tell, but theres some wild leaf canoe going on which to me is a big sign of heat stress.

Op, please give some more details of the grow. A side picture of where the light is in relation to the plant would help and the whole plant itself in a picture would also help. Details of feeding, what your feeding, how often, ppms, ph, light type and distance from the canopy, water temps, room temps, root color, rez change schedule, all that and more, then maybe we can come to an agreement.
If you have a magnifying glass it would be a good idea to check the leaves as somone has stated it looks like bug damage.

LOL.... You don't see the mite eggs in the first pic? There everywhere!

Yeah, I would normally look on the underside of the leave too but I can see quite a few eggs on the left hand side of the leaf in the first pic. I see the bites too. I was able to enlarge the pic using my iPad and there they are! Can you see them now?

Going to save and blow up...

I took another look and I'm still seeing what appears to be eggs. It would be nice to see a pic of the underside of the leaf. Can you see mite bites/damage, getdown?

If you can see them on the top then if he does have them then there will be A LOT of them on the underside... Not good!
