Yields ok or no

My bests yields off one plant growing indoors was about 90 grams is that good or bad? Would like to know what are some good yields off some other people plants and how to increase yields for myself.

Its impossible to say really,so may variables. The #1 place you should look to increase yields is your environment.Temps, airflow, proper lighting . Then we look at other factors.

Well three 600 way hps heat cooled hoods with good temps and air flow but best plant only yielded 90 grams some less some around same. Did some topping no lst.

I guess it depends on amount of plants... If you grow 30 plants you will get bigger yield:mrgreen: However as for me 90 grams is good yield.

Yeah just trying to get a rough estimate off other people grows per plant that's all but I know it one of the hardest question to ask

The stress training really helps, no joke. Keep your canopy level and open enough to allow light penetration, and like it was said above, the environment is very crucial to good yields.

Yeah I'm going to give it a shot sounds like people get good yields when the stress train

90 grams dry for 3 week veg isnt bad, depending on how much experi3nce you have.

But it could be better.
