Just to let everyone know, all the big growers in Cali voted No for legalization. It would destroy the economy.

The problem is plant counts and monopolies. If we do ever go fully legal in the US it will then probably be illegal to grow. Look at Canada that is exactly what they did. Then the government will control massive greenhouses and you'll only be able to buy from them. So they can make sure every damn bud is taxed..

It's a uneasy topic to speak about. Because where it is legal those growers are indeed loving it. But believe me it will not always be like this.

I'm not saying it should be legal or illegal. I'm saying it should be treated as any other crop. Nobody tells you how many tomatoes you can grow.

Believe it or not we almost got this in Texas and it won 5-2 and then the next vote. One guy that was suppose to vote yes, just happen to miss that day.. Unlimited plant counts. The republicans said it was your god given right to grow as you can with any other plant. The cops/government paid him not go..

Texas would have been the largest supplier in the US

Can't we all just hit a bong? Moonshiners still make money even tho grain alcohol is legal legalize it grow and sell with out a permit and no taxes problem solved a illegal legal bussiness

I grow for personal use. But I can feel your vibe bro. You just gotta find another market for another talent. Diversify. Shrooms are cheap as hell to grow (but a little labor/time intensive) . A reemerging market.

Legalize weed imo.

dont keep it illegal because you want higher profits.. that doesnt make sense. sorry homie, you may have to find another source of income or lower prices to keep up, its a business. and once real players get involved...lol
hopefully it doesnt get monopolized

once it gets the ok. those of us with the paper are gonna start pumping out product. sell enough and prices will be fractions of yours. only way to keep this from happening is everyone growing their own supply realy. and not everyone will or always will

my indoor costs me $.30 per gram or like $140 a lb to produce after all yearly cost/overhead .. the more i sell the less i need to charge. already love doing reggie prices-$50 zips. weve been practicing our business models for years.

you gonna get shut down.



texas would definitely be the largest producer when this happens
not only is our elec price in most major cities $.08-.12kwh much less than cali and many areas, we have a lot of land in a great area

Most people I personally know that do shrooms do them infrequently. It's not a bad hustle by any means. A niche market really in my experience.
I think the only labor intensive part is the whole making the cakes thing and coking the jars thing. The rest is kind of easy.

It's not about the profit margin for me . There will always be a profit in it black market or not. It's about legalizing it for the right cause . Legalization as it is gone about now is not the right way. It's a plant and there shouldn't be any laws what's so ever.
As it stands to become in Ca, there will be more ways to get arrested then there is now. If you want to be limited to an ounce in possession and a 10 x 10 grow space or just traveling with weed when you don't have a permit or give a minor a joint and get caught is good for a year in jail. Medical or not ! Counties are banning and zoning out all growing and store fronts as we speak as CA is getting ready for legalization. It is more prohibited than it has ever been. I fear that we as sheeple are gonna walk right up the plank to the slaughter house. Yes if you have all the money in the world you can get your permits but not when your county or all counties have banned it.
Please watch this video in it's entirety, have patience for the speakers as they seem a little stoned but this will open your eyes as to what is really going on in a state near you.

I haven't seen a good model yet of legalization, there should be no limit on amounts of product .. I think tax stamps are the way to go.. I don't think I'll ever get squeezed out..I get a lil bit better every harvest. These stupid ass laws that limit someone to a couple zips are worse than before if you grow. They want to monopolize it to a few hand chosen scrubs but they can't..there will always be a black market.
