I've used Fox Farm for the past few years and always had good results but just harvested an auto, that I normally grow because my wife likes the strain, using Dyna-Gro and was super impressed by the results. The yield was probably 30% more this grow. (I haven't weighed it yet) I did use teas a few times, too. My growing medium was Fox Farm Happy Frog in a 5 gallon smart pot.

I do like Big Bloom and Kelp Me Kelp You. The solubles are junk though.

My brand? My own. :D

Brand loyalty costs everyone money that they don't need to spend.
I... I blend my own as well but I use everwood farms. The problem is the soil I made and the amendments I mixed myself got contaminated and the seedling are ready to be transplanted and they don't have the the time to wait for me to mix them then have them break down for 12-18 weeks. I had 120 gallons ready to go but mites got to them... So I have a few new bags of roots organic and Humbolt earth I mixed with ancient forest humus and worm castings.... I think I'm going to use fox farm since everyone the majority of experienced growers have all said it works quite well. Many here like them as well.... Which product or 2 products would you guys say is your preferred? If you could only use 1 or 2 which would you use? I'm still on the fence though. I've done unless research on all these companies and their products but as I've only used pure organic soils and amendments on all my grows I am in new terroritory to try and salvage these little ones and grow them out to full potential

My website doesn't sell anything right now? So, do you mean some of the sites that I linked to? Or others linked to on this thread?

Anyone have any experience with NPK Industries? Are they strictly hydroponic? Or will they work equally in soil?

If you are going to make the switch from organic(soil) to salt based fed, maxi series works great.
Fed and maxi are by NPK Industries?...I have always been strictly organic. Though some of my babies this grow need the nutrients due to compromised soil... Since I also provide for a couple of collectives and other patients I want to stick with organic and pure nutrients.... Are NPK's products all synthetic?... Any soil growers have advice on brands and types of soils they use?... I'm about to transplant in the next day or two...

To pasteurize something means to bring it above 140°F in order to kill bacteria, etc.
I have never needed to this. I have spoke to different people and gotten a couple of ways people do it. I have concerns over the myco and rhizo being killed and depleted doing this.

They most likely will be. But if you can always add it back after the pasteurization process. Sometimes to kill the baddies, you have to spill a little blood.

I have gotten a couple of products since there are many different growers with different opinions. First company is Botanicare. They were both nice to send me 8 different products in about 16 ounces of each for simply paying 28 dollars for shipping as a season grow samples. I got the Pure Blend Grow 3-2-4, Pure Blend Bloom Soil 1-4-5, HydroGuard root innoculant, Rhizo Blast, Pure Blend Compost Tea .5-.5-1, Sweet, Cal-Mag, Liquid Karma, Silica Blast and Hydro Plex. I have been giving 8 teens growing in a blend of Rooits Organics Coco Palms soil and DTE Pro Soil Mix with worm castings and pumice these products and another set I will be giving Advanced Nutrients- ancient forest, bud candy, sensizyme, b52, Rhini Skin silica(testing different brands silica) Connosiuer 2 part grow, micro,2 part bloom, piranha, voodoo juice, nirvana, big bud. Then is a mix mainly composed of Down to Earth products such as Down to earth liquid bone meal, micro nutrients, kelp and potash special mix, grow, neem seed meal, roots organic liquid bat guano, organic pure down to earth 100 percent soluable humic acids, down to earth bloom. The fourth and last set of nutrients are from Humbolt Nutrients. Grow Natural, Bloom Natural, Oneness, Honey ES.I have 8 females per each set of nutrient lines for a total of 24 teens and 30 seedlings at 10 days today all growing in the exact same growing medium under the same amount of light but the 4 separate groups will recieve nutrients as needed from these different companies. I also have barrels of pure rain water I have collected and tested that I will be watering with. I have started taking pictures and will post and give detailed findings as this somewhat experiment goes. Hopefully this will help me in the future if I have a future setback as well as perhaps maybe help out another grower trying to grow top of the line meds. The strains I have are Lamborghini and Mojito and Helen Back from Swamp Boys... TGA Genetics-9 pound hammer, Alchemy, MarionBerry Kush, Agent Orange, Locomotion, Querkle...DNA Genetics- Strawberry Banana, Florida Lemons, DJ Gold and Crocketts Banana Split...Moxie- Viper Cookies...and a strain from CA Patient Gardens a Pheno they crossed and called Purple Mango Kush... All from CA Patient Gardens, Soothing Seed, and Elemental Wellness Nursery and the TGA from TGA directly.... Pics coming soon!!

All you will need for a good grow is the Grow, Bloom, Calmag and maybe use some of the Sweet. I like the Raw Sweet and Berry Sweet but not too sure on how much it effects smell and taste. I used in heavily on my last few rounds and none at all in my current and first 3 rounds and was never blown away by Sweet. All the other stuff is not needed at all, Hydro Guard is good if going hydro. Keep it simple. I do not like Humbolt products at all. I had issues with the nutes going bad in the bottle within weeks of opening them, happened every time to every bottle. Stick with Botanicare its simple, cheap, easy to find and it works.

I have always done organic and mixed my soil. This is new terroritory for me with to use a regimen that is made up of bottles and liquid nutrients. The hydro guard was one of the products that was included in the many samples they sent me. I saw a ton of reviews which nearly everyone raved about. Botanicare claimed directly that use in soil would be almost as effective as hydroponics. I have used it and the group that will be given Botanicare nutrients and supplements. In my smaller plants before being transplanted I had/have them in a passive hydro setup before moving them into my soil mix. I was excited about its bacto content and how many people claimed it helped remove debris from the roots and promoted vigorous new root growth while also giving them a sort of cleaning and leaving them nice and white. And so far on my babies on the Botanicare regimen it has done so. The Humbolt Nutrients I chose to also experiment with because the all natural series they have are derived from amendments I would use in my soil such as the Natural Bloom which is simply liquid rock phosphate. So I was intrigued by this line from them.it definitely overkill if using all the products together but I'm sort of doing a test since I got so many different opinions on which brands and products to use that I got several brands and products from each to try on the same strains to see which gives the best results in case I find myself in this situation in the future... Taking and posting picsdÿ and my little journal I am keeping for each one to post...hopefully this can maybe benefit growers out there and help new growers start out with some more help than what I had when I began as well as myself in case I ever need a boost or help from a bottle in future cases... Each company offered me a good amount of samples of their products for simply paying the shipping so I didn't have to break the bank procuring all these items since each were more than willing to send them After I reached out to each and explained my situation

Whatever gallon bottles are cheapest. Shits, more or less, the same. I've run an, roots organics, ff, botanicare, sensi, age old, connoisseur, general hydro, dyna grow, humbolt nutrients. As long as you pay attention to what your plants need, you will get great results.
