Yep. The seedling feeds on the cotyledons (the yellow leaves above) until its root structure is mature enough to provide grub.

A lot of people say its normal, i disagree, i did some changes to my soil and i went until day 60 of veg with green cotyledons., so i see now its not normal, if they get yellow that means the plant is lacking sources and it's eating herself..GL
