Most strains will handle that with no problem at all, but you do want to be conscious of your humidity level. If the relative humidity is high, and the temps drop down around 60 at night, you could get moisture condensing on the plants, which is an open invitation to mildew and other fun things that aren't supposed to be growing where marijuana is supposed to be growing. If the RH is high, you probably want to at least set up a circulating fan to keep the air moving and inhibit condensation.

The plants dont grow well at low temps, like really slow. Thats how it will affect things. When the lights come on if the temps are low the soil and roots have to warm up before the plant will start growing. You can expect a terrible yeild and small buds if things are too cold. A space heater usually does the trick. Run it 24/7. Also if the plants are on the ground and its concrete get them off the ground. Aaand, if the temps at the canopy are 60, the temps on the ground are probably even lower.
