Maximize my setup?

hey guys, onto my third grow.

using 2 1k mh\hps for flower

using 3 400W t5 8 bulb fixtures for veg ( just got this set up and about to start using it, was using 1 room before and was too slow for me)

first time i grew afghan skun, vegged til 15" tall and got about 2.5lbs
second time i grew og kush vegged only about 12" tall and got just under 1lb
this time growing big skunk ( in first week of flower )
was a little late on switching to flower, they were at about 24" so im hoping they dont max out at my light around 50-55"

so right now i am doing 15 plants, and it fills the room quite a bit but the pots are still a little away from eachother..

i planned to try 20 next time, them being a little more crammed, but hopefully producing more?

what im wondering is, what can i do to maximize what i am doing, any suggestions please fire away.
i am using soil with advanced nurtrients 2 part grow for veg and for flower a 2 part with big bud and bud candy.

Cloning would be a nice jump start if you don't already. A couple of mothers from good stock and you can start perpetual growing very easily. Faster turn around rates and bigger plants.

Other than that, as long as your growing skills are up to par and you keep your temp and humidity right... I'd say you're about maxed out in that space.

Hey, thanks for the reply.
i work shift work, so cropping out every 2 weeks or whatever is just not ideal.
im happy with every 8-9 weeks having a crop, i also enjoy going from seed to keep height and everything in tact.

any comments on switching to 20 plants instead of 15? would 25 be too much? to crammed? im curious

I ran perpetual grow for the last 2 years. You can set up harvests for whenever you want really. 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, etc.

I wouldn't even run 15 to be honest. 10 well trained ones would be plenty. I fill my 4x4 flower tent with 3 plants... To the brim. If I mainline, I can fit 4.

I don't understand keeping the height and everything in tact from seed, but if that's what you prefer. Cloning is just faster to get to flower and you already know the limits you can push them to after 1-2 cycles to get the biggest and best yield.

Anyway, sky's the limit.

idk i just find it less of a hassle, with feminized seeds i usually sprout all of them, and dont have to worry about anything.
you dont think ill yield more with 20 then 15 in that space?

With clones you don't have to worry either. Then you can run 10,15, 20 of the same plant that you know EVERYTHING about. Makes it a fuckton easier to push big yields and quick harvests with very little error. All the while knowing they are female. Another plus is not paying for seeds.

20 in that small of a space is going to be crammed. You'll be pulling plants out to water, CO2 will be drastically low, they'll smother each other... Even 10 is too much in my opinion. A 6x6 flower area, I would only run 4-6 plants. Training is what gets you yield in a limited space, not the number of plants.
