hello i just woke up to this i guess i havent planted it deep enough?its an autoflower
it looked like its a bit standing then i put it under the lights and covered up with little dirt
did i do something wrong?

Not sure what's going on there but it looks like you covered the head, not the tail.

Looks like the soil is too wet. If it stays wet you damp it off. Let it dry and be patient. The seed coat will come off.

Ya once it sproits you should be good. Get that tail under dirt if its not there already and low light.

Well it looks like shit and like it needs aeration. From Perlite or vermiculite. To help prevent soil compaction.FWIW.

ill add some to others when transplanting regs to bigger pots
how much do i add per liter of soil?

I personally wouldn't expose the tap root to light. I'd cover it with a little soil and wait, the tap root will automatically grow downwards so don't worry leave it for a couple of days and it will sprout.

us growers strive for a little thing called optimum conditions.yes she may grow but not to her full potential.but hey whatever floats ur boat.

Just day before yesterday I found a sprout on top of the soil. Curled up in the fetal position totally. Folded in 3 like a fetus.Impossible to straighten it out so I covered it with dry peat and left it.This morning the leaves are looking at the CFL. I'll not disturb it yet but obviously it was smarter than a Republican and knew what to do instinctively without any help.

I think what i see there is the seed shell still attached, put her under some cfls like around 2 inches for a couple of days, i won't advice u to try to remove it is very delicate and u can kill her, she will sorted out herself, if not then rip
