i just realized the shopify page that sends out "We've accepted your order, and we're getting it ready" is a generic response unique to that page. i have another order from another site using that shopify chekout; and it actually gave me a tracking number. i never realized TDT never gave me a number; i thought that page was the tracking. guess i will message him again; never got back to my first email ..
