Changing things up and need your thoughts

So j have decided to change things up ....

Room: 5x5x7
Light: digatel 1000 hortalux
Air movement: 6" inline with mountain air carbon filter
Growing in : pro mix , worm castings and organic amendments in 5g pots

Strains: 2x crown royal, 2x white cookie, 2x sour kosher, 4x og#18


My concern is in not going to top or LST at all, just going to let the girls do there thing .. Not sure how long to veg or how tall I should let the little bitches get before flipping as I have always toped and supper cropped and bla bla bla .. Your thoughts are always apretieated and respected !!!

Go with pure indica to so plants won't get so tall. You might do okay not topping... It can't get challenging when the buds get too close to the light if they get too tall.

No SCROG and that many different strains - you will have an uneven mess. SOG runs best with a single strain.

I've never grown any of those strains so im not sure how much theyre gonna stretch, but I wouldn't go over 18"- 24"

How long you gonna veg? In that space with that many plants you'll be wanting to get them flowering as soon as possible. Maybe 3-4 weeks veg max. I have 2 plants now in a 4x4 that I let veg too long and they take the whole damn tent. And one of them has only just started her stretch. I generally don't like jamming them in there like that...something about the leaves laying against the tent walls bothers me. I think it tends to cause mold and mildew due to restricted air flow...etc.

I was thinking of letting them reach 14-16 inches then flowering ... Think I may keep the best 9 and remove one as a mother but will c what happens lol ... Right now there 2 weeks in veg from seed ( 6 nodes tall ) about 4.5-6 inches tall
