If I start vegging indoors right now and I stick them outside in the beginning of Feb in southern California that works right? Anyone doing this what can I expect will i need a hoop house to keep them alive? Or will it turn out larfy? Any input is appreciated

Got 6 "Buddha Tahoe og kush" from a random dispense (had some Alge growing ontop of the small Rockwool cube structures, I broke apart as many loose cubes from the roots before I planted but left it untreated.) Probably not the wisest thing to roll dice on genetics but had to just get it moving wanted to get a good veg cycle before I needed to stick em out . transplanted them around 10 days ago Dec 16. straight into 7 gal roots organic under a brand new quantum badboy16 light CFL, i plan to stick them out doors under a hoop house with a super soil both yet to be made in 50 days time Feb 15, not sure wich size pot would be suitable for flowering at that time if any has a suggested size. Side note: I may of saturated the pots to much before transplant because I got some curling going on at first I was worried of a root rot caused from the alge cause i hadent watered it for days and the soil still has alot of moisture like it's not drinking but i figured i just over watered the surrounding medium to heavy before transplant . Here's a snapshot of what I got and a shot of it when it got transplanted

8 weeks in on veg got them transplanted in there final homes last week 15 g. As far as pm I believe the green cure spray has had an affect and they look to have recovered and the fabric pots helped aswell. Plan to leave them outside for good on March 8 but just been hauling them out each morning no green house setup.
Those are ganna be nice

Had them in roots organics soil through out veg, then transplanted them two weeks ago with a ss mix at the bottom. I haven't been feeding them just give them filtered hose water that I don't pH, should I test the run off?
