One time I had this cyst like where my back and my ass meets. It fucken hurt it would stretch my skin when I would sit down or move wrong. I just grabbed it with 4 fingers and squeezed. It flew like 5 feet and just splattered all over the shower door. It was awesome.

Pilonidal cyst; both my Dad and sister used to get them. She outgrew it, he had to get surgery. Used to embarass her to no end, sometimes it would just blowout and soak her clothes, like at her Jr Prom.

Smh. At prom? Dam that's bad luck. I only got it once and when it popped it made a huge mess. After you get past the white stuff it bleeds for a while.
