Nice! Selling off some 150's to make room for one of these.
Cool, would you use that for horticulture? I didnt know if plants can benefit from those aquarium models.I am thinking about getting one of the 20K blue A150s.
Yup I have same question. So can anyone in the "Kessil Club" actually produce pics of plants grown exclusively under the Kessil product with even "good" results?
I was very interested in these at one time but the high price and every so called test disappearing with no final results sure made me skeptical.
Even the test lab deal on Kessil's own site seems to have been abandoned?
Thanks for the info Mohican. Kessils seem to be efficient lights, and they no doubt grow good meds. The comparison of actual output though, will always be made between led spots like Kessil and led panels like california lightworks, black dog, and apache etc. I dont understand why Kessil doesnt make the actual wattage output more clear, instead of having to guess it. For instance the H380 is no where near 380 watts of light output. So if they say its comparable to a 250 watt HID why not call it an H250? Or if the H150 is only really about a 100 watt equivalant, they could call it an H100. Im just saying. Your thoughts?Different kind of light and focused directly down. Cold intense light - like up in the Hindu Kush.
They use LEDs to make lasers. Efficient, potent, tuned light.
Kessils are tuned for growing. Minimal wasted energy (heat) and wavelengths.
