Hey guys ive been reading both threads for the last couple of hours and have a few questions of my own.. Thiis is my first grow and am doing this for personal use and to have some good weed since its so dam expensive for the haze and hydro around where i live.. Any advice to me is good advice and am looking forward to hearing from u guys.. Hea are my questions:

I was wondering what type of areogarden does every1 have?
I have the pro 200 series.. It comes with an extendable 24" lamp hood arm and hs a microprocessor that does something not really sure..

Do u think the 24" extenable arm is good enuf to get a good yield like 1/4 Lb. maybe??

When should i start the flowering stage since i have the 24" extenable arm?

When should i start the trimming stage and what should i trim??

I smoke with my plants everyday maybe 2 or 3 times a day blowing smoking at each and every 1.. Is this bad for the plants??

i have the classic, i dont think you will yield 1/4lb maybe like 2 oz's possibly 3
id say start flowering in the 4-7" range
trimming stage? trim leaves as they die otherwise let them be, look into LST ad scrog
and i dont think smoking with your plants is good, and i really dont think blowing smoke at them is good either, they like nice clean air

Is ph up and down all the same thing or is there different ph for fish tank water and hydro water? Thanks in advance

Ive learned alot from u guys and will be makin alot of adjustments tommorow.. I have 3 videos guys 1 is 5 days in AG.. 1 is 1 week and the other is 2 weeks which just past this tuesdaY.. This pic is from 2day 2 weeks and 2 days.. I germinated them in a paper towel for 3-4 days before putting them in the AG.. I will be going out tommorow buying a timer, 2 four" air stones, thermometer, ph level, ice cube trays to keep water temp down, and 10 gallon fish tank air pump.. IS IT BAD 2 SMOKE WITH UR PLANTS?? I need to know answer to this.. Plants need co2 and i thought smoking with them and blowng smoke on them would be good for plants but som1 said this might be bad.. Please if som1 else can relate let me know thanks again guys u have been so much help.. I have also been spinning each plant a quarter turn everyday so that all the plant gets addaquete light.. Ive been doing this for about a week and noticed plant becoming very full and bushy fast.. Hope i can help as this is my first time

yeah man dont blow smoke on ur ladies. theres carbonmonoxide in smoke and thats not what ur ladies like.

it is not good to blow smoke ,but the air you exhale, we exhale Co2 and the plant inhales Co2.
But you would have to do a hell of alot of breathing on your plants to actually see a difference!

thanks guys ive been smoking with them for the last 2 weeks but ill stop now.. Just bought a ph tester, 4" air stone, a timer and 6' figure 8 cord to be able to raise lamp hood and have lights on a timer.. Im goin to start flowering next week they are all around 3-4" and its been almost 3 weeks of veg.. Should i wait until 4 weeks of veg to start flowering or is 3 good enuf.. I have the pro 200 seies with the 24" extendable arm. Please help me get things rolling right. Dont wanna lose my baby's.

post some pics so we can see what we are working with.what kind of nutes are you using?i would invest in some cfl's too for side lighting.

Hey hey ur in this thread too haha. i wait till week 4 (6 inches)just so i know the plants can handle the big nugs. Ur also gonna want some real nutes, not the AG ones. those are ok for veg i guess but if you want some nice healthy nugs, get some 3 part hydro nutes. i use flora gro, micro and bloom by general hydroponics and also add kool bloom for the last month of flowering. id either go with fox farm or flora series nutes. those seem to be popular.

they have a feeding schedule on their site, i believe and ive heard if you do it right it works out pretty damn fine, im going tomorrow to do some browsing at the local hydroshop :-D got almost a 800$ check this week hehe

just for the record i would not recommend cutting the sponges if you still use them.i cut the sponges on my last grow and about 1 month into the grow they started to wanna fall overand not too long after that they broke and now i am starting over.i am trying the grodan rockwool plugs and they are sprouting beautifully.
