Soil mix help

im attempting to transplant my plants they don't seem happy in the organic choice mg. I've finally found peat moss and vermiculite without any nutrients in them but can't find perlite without nutrients. only kind I can find is mg perlite so should I go without and add more vermiculite maybe? r get the mg perlite any help will be appreciated Thanks guys

Forget the vermiculite and the peat,

both hold considerable water..hence nutes

and will lead to serious nute burn ..later

find perlite or even clean river sand

add 30% to your mix

best is Ocean Forest by Fox Farm

even then add 30% perlite or river sand

Oh I always thought the peat moss, vermiculite, and perlite were a good spotless mix. As long as as you flushed properly of coarse.

You're fine with the MG perlite. Not enough to really matter. Head on down to the organi section and there's a ton of soil mixes and all your questions shall be answered without even you uttering/typing a word

What mg Soil are you using??
If you can get the root boost potting mix miricale grow soil then that's your ticket to success lol...

Other mg Soil are crap with the slow release shiznit.

I thaut perlite and peat would be good but had bad results and so meny deffs I became a pro with knowing what (my ladies needs) are lol:weed:.

So I ditched that and went old school with mg root boost potting mix without perlite and it doesn't hold water at all and perfect. I use 18 ltrs pots and only after 3 ltrs of water I get run-off using a sprayer and slowly spraying water...

I water every 3 days.

But back to the point what mg Soil you got? :bigjoint:

Are you talking about the compost? Or just ordinary MG potting soil(which comes with ferts) or the organic choice Mg? That's the only one without ferts I see

I didn't know you was on about organic mg lol.
I use with fert on but the fert on root boost is the most minimal one, can clone with it too it's very mild

So I've already bought a bale of premium peat moss guess I'll get a few bags of vermiculite and perlite I have jungle juice 3 part for nutes and I also have bloom a & b and grow a & b from rx green solutions anyone have any input on what they would use?

I use peat moss {promix} mixed with about 60% mg perlite and no vermiculite and I have been getting great results so far....So far as the nutrients go I've heard good things about jungle juice and I've heard good things about rx green solutions so seems like you can't go wrong with either one, good luck!

Yo, OP, why are you insisting on vermiculite? Again, if you go to the organic section, there are tons of soil mixes, or here's an even easier way, Google, soils mix cannabis. please don't hate yourself for posting a question that has been answered more than 10,000 times

But yeah, Lowes has everything. Bales of peat, builders sand, lava rock, espoma tones and humus/manure/compost

BlackGold the brand runs nice clean perlite. Just order it online if you need to.

Which nutrient line do you use? So the vermiculite not needed? I'm goin for a good soilless mix figured I wouldn't have to worry bout bone meal and stuff sense I have the 3 part jungle juice but stil a beginner so I may be wrong

I use Advanced Nutrients 3-part pH perfect...No vermiculite is not "needed" imo...Yea I think you should be good with just your Jungle Juice.

Peat stays soaked so use less of it.It also has a pH of 4.0 so be ready to deal with that. Vermiculite is just fine for aeration. But it holds water like mad as well.
