F*CK THE POLICE!!!

If you want to discuss something, that's fine. But repeatedly calling that child out of her name isn't going to get you very far with me. Your bias is obvious, and going back and forth with you is proving to be a giant waste of my time. She's not a bitch, she's a child. Try taking a debate class, and then get back to me.

I see a little entitled bitch in that video. Skin color doesn't make a difference.

See, there you go again. The clip shows a cop beatdown and someone`s take on why it happened. You PC guys are sucked into that shit cuz it fits.

I see a clip of a beatdown, but not a clip of the story, yet you put it up so I can see the story behind a cop beatdown for something not even in the video,...C`mon guy,...

If I saw a clip of two trying to cross a barricaded street and attacke for their comments about it,...You might have something, but you have me expecting it and not getting it because you labeled it incorrectly to fit.

Totally PC and baiting.......

At the point he decided to put his hands on her she was under arrest.... Then she resisted..... So she got roughed up

But its racism because black kids get a free ride
Your post is pretty disjointed. Your thinking seems to be too. Maybe not enough sleep? Explain please why the cop had license to beat her?

Also, how does racism give black kids a free ride? Are you saying that racism gives black kids an advantage over white kids?

The cop said in the video that it was for "crossing against the light". Seems like a good enough reason to me, right?

that's just plain retarded and you know it.

if he was arrested for a bomb, why did they not treat the "bomb" like a bomb then?

you are reaching hard on this one.
Clockmed got arrested for making a lookalike bomb. He was told it wasn't a smart thing to be showing around because it looked like a bomb. When asked why he built something that looked like a bomb he never denied that it looked like a bomb. In a deleted youtube video he mentioned that it looked suspicious, but he brought it to school anyways.

In the state where he was arrested it is actually illegal to build Fake bombs.
And that is what he got arrested for

a) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly manufactures, sells, purchases, transports, or possesses a hoax bomb with intent to use the hoax bomb to:(1) make another believe that the hoax bomb is an explosive or incendiary device; or(2) cause alarm or reaction of any type by an official of a public safety agency or volunteer agency organized to deal with emergencies.(b) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.Added by Acts 1983, 68th Leg., p. 4831, ch. 852, Sec. 3, eff. Sept. 1, 1983. Renumbered from Penal Code Sec. 46.09 by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 900, Sec. 1.01, eff. Sept. 1, 1994. - See more at: http://codes.lp.findlaw.com/txstatutes/PE/10/46/46.08#sthash.iiF5hOnS.dpuf

Cop got rightfully fired for excessive force.
Girl didn't get charged with resisting arrest or battery to a police officer.
1 the cop didn't have a racist motivation.
2 why didn't the girl get charged with battery to a police officer?

Ever heard the story of the boy who cried wolf?
I don't see anything to counter the possibility that this cop was in part affected by racist bias when he chose to unlawfully beat that girl. A reasonable person can suspect that the cop is racist. You seem to have a problem with this. Where does your conviction come from?

She wasn't charged with battery because she didn't commit battery. Source, Wikipedia:

"At common law, simple battery is a misdemeanor. The prosecutor must prove all three elements beyond a reasonable doubt:
  1. an unlawful application of force
  2. to the person of another
  3. resulting in either bodily injury or an offensive touching."

You are wrong about this.

I'm sure there's a point in there somewhere.
