See, there you go again. The clip shows a cop beatdown and someone`s take on why it happened. You PC guys are sucked into that shit cuz it fits.

I see a clip of a beatdown, but not a clip of the story, yet you put it up so I can see the story behind a cop beatdown for something not even in the video,...C`mon guy,...

If I saw a clip of two trying to cross a barricaded street and attacke for their comments about it,...You might have something, but you have me expecting it and not getting it because you labeled it incorrectly to fit.

The cop said in the video that it was for "crossing against the light". Seems like a good enough reason to me, right?

Clockmed got arrested for making a lookalike bomb. He was told it wasn't a smart thing to be showing around because it looked like a bomb. When asked why he built something that looked like a bomb he never denied that it looked like a bomb. In a deleted youtube video he mentioned that it looked suspicious, but he brought it to school anyways.

In the state where he was arrested it is actually illegal to build Fake bombs.
And that is what he got arrested for

I don't see anything to counter the possibility that this cop was in part affected by racist bias when he chose to unlawfully beat that girl. A reasonable person can suspect that the cop is racist. You seem to have a problem with this. Where does your conviction come from?

She wasn't charged with battery because she didn't commit battery. Source, Wikipedia:

"At common law, simple battery is a misdemeanor. The prosecutor must prove all three elements beyond a reasonable doubt:
  1. an unlawful application of force
  2. to the person of another
  3. resulting in either bodily injury or an offensive touching."

You are wrong about this.
