I think im the only one using repurposed heatsinks from ebay. I got a huge 30# heatsink delivered for $80. 12x31" it barely gets warm cooling my cxb 3590 cd 72v @ 700mA,
The comparative part at HSUSA was about 200$

Things who fit an envelope...he did not mention it but I guess if you do not get your order...no refund! But since I had the first one and the second (2 of my friends too) I will continue this way!

60 $ it is because of the drivers...heavy drivers!
If you only buy the cobs and the holders it is 10 $ shipping...so 50 $ less...about 16 $ per driver!
Jerry didn't advice me to buy the drivers from him...lol...unbelievable!
Maybe you could find cheaper some place else for the drivers...but for sure not for the cobs!

I think it is about $40 for DHL to ship a handful of COBs so an extra $20 for the drivers. If you ship the COBs by China Pot it is only $10 BUT it is getting closer to Christmas season and China Post might be slowing down a bit as we get closer.
You can dodge the 4.5% paypal fee if you are comfortable using western union. Not sure if you can send in person without ID and maybe even social security number. I have not tried that yet. You might be able to send it online via western union bank to bank transfer.
