Day 7 from sprouting. Jack Herer Indoor Grow. Help me.

you are missing the point man, it's not htat the soil is wet or dry, its that it is too thick to allow the roots to get ample moisture without suffocating them.
it is irrelevant if its dry or wet,i t's the condition of the roots, and their access to BOTH moisture and oxygen.
I would, highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend NOT addressing anything else with the soil before getting them to the correct aerated soil.
chase the ph, or "deficiencies" and you'll be barking at the wrong tree man.
Trying to save you time.
Thanks man! Transplanted the one plant that was yellowing today. Here's how they look like:

Thanks @greasemonkeymann !

@greasemonkeymann apparently the distance (12") of the LED Panel from the plant was too close and that's what caused the leaves to burn on my one plant. It's not at 2" from the plant the the one that got burned is now giving out good signs with the newer leaves that are coming out. Here's the pics:

hmmm... did you transplant into the same soil man?
The whole agenda was to get some aeration man

Man, she's looking really healthy there! Nice work. Mind if I ask you what are your temps and RH in there?
Hey, @Gregor Eisenhorn! . My temps range from 80 to 87 Farenheit and RH would go from 40 to 60 depending on the weather outside the cab.

Yeah dude. That too. The plant that had discoloring leaves is bouncing back already. Amazing plants..simply amazing.
