seeds dont have to be dried or cured in order to pop. my seeds are usually so ripe they fall right off of the plant, into the soil below, and sometimes sprout unintentionally!
they should sprout and germinate with ease, the only possible problem could be drowning them.
when they're that ripe U dont need to pre-soak them very long, maybe 12-24hrs, then plant them, even if all of them dont sink. jiffy cubes are harder to keep moist in my opinion, so i preferr to just plant them in soil, set them outside under the sun and wait till they sprout.
and if ur plants are 24-25 inches at the beginning of flowering ur gonna end up with quite a bit more than U did this time!
