how to setup this grow box

Hello everyone I'm new to this forum I've been growing since May this year from a seed that I found in a bag of kush.
Well i planted it in soil and sprouted lovely, I bought a Hydrofram 105w fl light, and transplanted in a 3 gallon pot, veg for 2 months and took 4 clones on 7/1/08 and took 4 more on 7/11/08 then deciced to put the mother to flower didn't want to wait to the clones get big enough cause the mother was hugh and getting out of control.
So 7 days into flower she show signs of female.
ok guys my question is I want to make a grow box like the advertise in one of the hydro stores online. the box I want to make is 4' tall X 6' wide X 3' deep. I also was thinking of spliting into two chambers veg and flower what lights should I go with and how many plants can I grow will be using SOG method. and also what wouls be a realistic potencal yeild for a set up like that of course with CO2 also I was thinking of using T5 floros on each corner. thanks guys for hearing me out

dont make sence to spend all that coin on co2 and use cheep lights, i would recomend i taller box, 4 foot tall wont do verry well

thanks Bonz for the comment I was looking into the homegrown boxes for 60 hydro site comes with 600w and four T5 floros there box size is 4 feet tall 6 feet wide 3 feet deep so you think that will be small to grow some serious bud?

personaly i like my plants about 3 feet tall so need more room for lights. and i only have a 400 watt. you need more hieght for sure with the 600, to hot.
an ideal size for a 600 watt is 4x4 and i would go with 5 to 6 feet hight.
a 400 watt is good for up to 2 feet of light penetration, 600 a bit more not sure exactley more lumens.

Bonz when you say 3 feet is that harvesting 3 feet? and when they advertise 60 plant site you really think 60 wount be cramp up in there?
good looking once again cause I,m grow a plant already in my closet hate it thought looking for a setup so I can put it on it's own ok put to you like this I can't go completely stealth it just has to be enclosed and oderless.

Bonz sorry dude don'T have pic cause I'm in the process of moving out in 2 months I'm moving to an 1 bedroom apartment and can't dedicate a whole room to grow especially something I don't own.
What I really want to do is build or buy something big enough to put a 4x4 or 6x6 flood tray and do a S.O.G grow. I was looking into those already made good looking cabinets from Homegrown there really nice looking they look like filing cabinets no one would notice that what I want something like that but with 1000 watt aircooled quiet and odorless.

i know the grow cabinets u speak of and i know someone who bought one and that advertisement on yeild is complete bullshit... if u wanna build a cab i would use t5's on walls and 600 watt abpve that can be raised and lowered depending on plants height...good luck

ya i have heard there is only one out there that actualy works well. not sure the name. i build my stuff it`s so much cheeper and you design it the way you want

Damm Corso I knew it it's to good to be true 60 plants in a tight spot and for the price it's not worth it thanks for the info

Well that's out the question I could find a company here that can make me any size file type cabinet and then I'll build from there. I know it could be cheaper. So what do you guys think a 4x4 flood tray with a 1000 watt air cooled and lighting on the sides what dimensions I,m I looking at as far as vegging 1 one then flowering looking to fill the 4x4 tray up to it's max.

Bonz thanks again OK got the concept. Much thinking and I think that if 5x5 for 1000 watt so the enclosed cab should be at least 6 feet tall 6 wide and 6 deep 6x6x6 do you think that big enough to accommodate a 5x5 tray and power it by a 1000 watt air cooled bulb? thinking about also putting T5 on both sides of the cab .

I could always get one. would anybody know of one that really quite so when I have people over it's not too nosey so I won't draw attention.
yea height wise I can only go as high as 6 feet yea maybe with an ac unit I can achieves optimal temps...
