I know that if you and I (no police record) go out and commit the exact same crime, my sentence is (on average) twice as long as yours. Explain to me how that works, because it's a little confusing to me.

Its probably racism..... We would need info literally on every single case to ever say for sure tho because so many cases are plead down.... Or plead guilty to so the prosecuted can get a conviction on a single charge when there were five....

An example would be the black guy who was selling rocks w a gun in his pocket .... Pleads guilty for the gun they drop the rock charge....judge gives a longer sentence
