Tazing would only be appropriate if the girl became aggressive, a threat to hurt somebody and was the least violent action to be taken to prevent worse injury. Tazing somebody is an act of aggressive force and not appropriate response to passive resistance. Police policies state this, not just me. You are wrong about this.
