qustion about breeding

this is my first post quick question..when growing an autoflowering strain when would the males start producing pollen. i wnna grow outdoors nd being tight as fuck i cnt bare to kill the males and would rather use them for cooking. the plan is to put all the plants in one place and then just move the males so as not to cause shock to the females.

You'd best move those males quite a distance. You'd be surprised how far a good breeze will carry pollen.

so you will have seeds for later .
then KILL THE MALES

great thanks very much, if its as early as two weeks i suppose i could keep them in the garden for a bit and then move the males and females to seperate grow sites. anyone now how big roughly the plants would be after 2 weeks?? i know it depends on light and nutriants nd shit jus lookin for a ballpark figure. sorry if i gave the impresion id alredy started growing..jus tryin to amass as much information as possible first.
