I don't think you're actually supposed to bend a seedling stem over like that. Probably should wait a few weeks before starting any training.
* was very worry doing that my self, however few days before I start bending the stem right and lift.
In the begining the stem felt hard like a wooden toothpick then after that it moved with me and responded better in each time.
Regarding stunting the growth I can see with my eyes that she still growing fast, short, compact and doing well!!!
Here is a live pic
In fact am not worried about her growth at the moment as I see it responds well, and the down part get more light.
Am worried more about the distance from the lamp at the moment as i raised the pot with some cartoonbox.
Its away by 20 cm now from 250w MH
I have devided as well the seedlings around the reflecor, which is not really under the lamp.
And the distance for each plant to lamp is relative to how much light I feel that this practacular plant or the seedling needs light at the moment.
You also shouldn't need the circulation fan in there at all, since you have plenty of air pulled through the cabinet with the exhaust fan. Wind blowing the plants around is stressful to them and will stunt growth.
**I really dont know about that!!!
I feel the seedlings is slow alittle bit, maybe thats why or becouse its still seedlings?!!
Thise are planted like one week ago!
And shining silver haze I can see it cracking out at the moment.
Any kind of motion in plants reduces growth. It's called "mechanically induced stress". Here's an
article.
***Thanks for that..
I know pretty much every grower uses circulating fans and their plants look like they're in a constant monsoon, but it's actually excessive air movement. Yes, it will produce shorter plants, but it's because their growth is stunted by the stress. I suspect that putting those training clips on plants would also cause mechanical stress, I don't know.
Something else I recommend is a water deionizer, since you said that your water is high pH, meaning lots of dissolved solids. While not necessary, it's good to use purified water if possible. Also make sure that when you water the coco that you use enough that at least 10% of it comes out the bottom of the pot and then throw that away, or salts will build up.

Ph 6
Today she got her first feed canna coco A&B with rhizo for EC of 1,6
Ph 6
