first time grower

try a humidifier - cool mist ones won't raise your temps but also barely raise your humidity.

some people use wet carpet, bar rags, grandma's old spongy diaper (used of course), but i suggest anything with mold on it - that let's you know for sure it can hold some moisture!
 
I'm surprised nobody asked what soil or nutes you're using because we need to know in order to help you and that plant. It looks like it needs nitrogen. Sometimes a plant will just be stunted and grow slow as hell, I'm not saying that's the case but I've had it happen. Good luck.

I'm using coco soil and tomato growth which I fed it 5 days ago with water obv and its short up. Water n fed it today and its shot up again within 5 hours from the first pick I uploaded on here to the pic I'll upload now the difference is excilent.... What you guys think from the difference.. Looks ok or ..???

You can use a bowl filled with water the light will cause the water to evaporate raising the humidity. The first 2-3 weeks temps should be very warm to create high humidity, remember seedling roots have not fully form so water/moisture is absorbed through the leaves. As the plant gets older roots are more established and temps can go lower as well as humidity. What medium are you using? How are you planning to do your grow? Have you gotten more lights? Tell me what you working with?you said you did research what have you learned?

Just saw your pic. Nice grow. Is that tin foil I see? Don't use that it creates hot spots that can burn your plant. I know you said that's not your place so painting is a no no but you can use poly film (panda) or if you cant afford panda plastic go with computer/printer paper but get rid of aluminum foil or go with mylar for best results.

The plants will be fine at 40% humidity. They're not gonna die, don't sweat it. Seedlings do absorb water through the roots.

If you want to help him give correct info 40% hum on a 1-2 week seedling will stunt the growth and will remain underdeveloped. Sure it wont die.

Lol where the fuck do you get your info? You're wrong. Its that simple. 40% humidity absolutely WILL NOT stunt growth. Where did you read that? You have no idea what your talking about.

Let me see your grow. You sound silly when you offer advice that make no sense, seedlings are immature the roots are just forming you help it with moisture through the foilage.

I've been growing indoors over 15 yrs. How long you been growing? You really shouldn't be giving out advice, its quite obvious you don't know what your talking about. How would posting a pic of my plants prove that your right about low humidity stunting growth in seedlings??? I don't care if you believe me lol.

I'm passing on what I learned and passing it forward to someone in need of information.
Clearly improper Temp and humidity levels will stress a plant and cause it to stunt its growth if you have a problem with that info then I suggest you take it up with the authors who I trust more than your 15 years of growing.
