It's a 3x4 space but will be scrogged so it ought ya do nicely
use the CFL's while you root clones are get a seedling up to the first couple of nodes,, then use the go green for the whole ride,, the cob lights are for the whole cycle,, veg and flowerSo I think that's gonna be what I do. Veg with CFL cools blues, then for first 2 weeks flower change to all warm bulbs, (6 sockets ) and half power go green then rest of flower no cfls, full power GoGreen.
Don't ask that. You'll be told to be patient and stop asking questions.looks like optic is still down?,, are they coming back?
don't use CFLs for vegging. if your really strapped for veg then get some led floodlights. more efficient than CFLs. search on amazon for whos got a good pricing,So I think that's gonna be what I do. yes 30 watts is a quick measurement. But a hard ran cob vs 2 soft ran cobs makes a large difference:Bonjour
3X4=12sq/ft...30w sq/ft mini for bloom...30×12=360W...you will need 400w for bloom and half for vegg (if you choose cxb or Vero!)
If you go diy you gonna need 700 $!
If you go commercial more...
Have a great day ★

Here are a few ... lots and lots to choose from. Can you post a few links to the type of leds I should get?
Me, I bought 4' led tubes and put them in shop lights that I took the ballasts out of. These I use for veg. One rack with 5 shop lights, 10 tubes and one rack of 4, 8 tubes for a total of 486 watts. One could build a "cage" with these and probably take a few plants to stellar fruition. You know, surround the area. My guess is that it would do a fine job. But again, me, I'm just now getting ready to mount 4 Cree 3590's onto a 4' x 5.866" heat sink and I am excited! Time to drill and tap. First time tapping so wish me luck.[/QUOTE][QUOI TE="PurpleBuz, post: 11985318, member: 509780"]don't use CFLs for vegging. if your really strapped for veg then get some led floodlights. more efficient than CFLs. search on amazon for whos got a good pricing,

I honestly might just buy 2 300W UFO's and call it good. They've had proven success and they stay incredibly cool which is a must in my in my situation.
