Hey guys, the past week I've noticed brown spots on my weed leaf. It started with a bit of brown on the side of the leaves but I ignored it thinking it wasn't that bad. The past few days though the brown has managed to swarm to claim more parts of the leaf. I do not know what it is? Is it a nutrient problem? I have 3 plants in total and the other two do not seem to have this problem. I'm just a beginner growing trying my best here. Thanks for any help guys.
This is the plant from afar. It's around 2 weeks and 2 days old.
Closer look you can see brown spots, these aren't that bad.
Other leaf is brown, and on top of that some of the other leaves have yellow signs on the tips. After feeling the leaf covered with brown, it felt dry and brittle. I quickly watered the plant because the dirt was a little dry. Only one other leaf is as bad as this one. But I am worried.
My other two plants seem pretty good. They have only been alive for a week and maybe 2-3 days
