I just had 2/10 matanuska seeds germ and one is just the 2 pre leaves and the start of its first true leaves 10 days old, the slowest growing plant in the world, wonder if ill still be around to see it flowerI ordered their AK48, and after recieving the seeds i did the research i was supposed to do before hand. Go figure their so called "Auto flowers" require a freaking 12/12 light cycle.... IMO they are overpriced and have not yet mastered the auto flowering variety.
I have had these for quite a few years, the only ones I have previously popped 3/3 on the germ and then one turned out to be male leaving two females. One was bunk, tasted shitty, nanners and not much frost. The other however was spectacular. Lemon haze aroma, fattest yield a plant has ever given me, greasy as fuck. Soaring high! Yum. I'm chasing that ass for sure..I just had 2/10 matanuska seeds germ and one is just the 2 pre leaves and the start of its first true leaves 10 days old, the slowest growing plant in the world, wonder if ill still be around to see it flower
I do believe that there was an issue regarding his seedstock(not sure if there were issues with losing parent stock or just germ issues etc..) After he was raided years ago. These seeds are from just before that bust, hopefully I'll find one or two that I like. Definitely no discouragement here! Thanks for the reply.im thinking ive used some leaf mulch from leaves which have been contaminated, in my soil mix, I've never had 8 pips fail from a single batch/pack before EVER, so don't let it discourage you, ive seen and tasted some awesome sagarmatha plants.
Ive kept an eye out for posts about a rogue batch or some other issue, but nothing.
just got some riot cubes to try, never used anything like that before, so it should help the young ans
I have grown out a few Sagarmatha strains.I am going to place an order next week and was wondering if anyone knows anything about SAGARMATHA SEEDS? Are they a good breeder?
Just purple pinecone and matanuska tundra for me. The ppc was my best plant potency and flavor wise that I have ever found. Total indica, tasted like purple incense(if that makes any sense) with a hint of pine. Not a huge yielder and more of a hash plant type, but boy was it amazing.I have grown out a few Sagarmatha strains.
Wonderberry- A cross of Blueberry and Williams Wonder---very nice, easy to grow indica dom, tasty, with better than average potency.
Yumbolt- Very, very, yummy taste with medium potency...but for me this strain is all about the taste...strong notes of earthy, woody, goodness, very nostalgic...late 1970's blast back
NL- A good representation of one of my favorite mostly indica strains...not the best I have tried, but not the worst...
Overall I like this breeder
That NL #9 was a real treat, I tried it many, many years ago, it has a little durban in it too. Phenos were all over the place but all of it was dank, so was his blueberry, i liked it much more than DJ's representation at the time.I have grown out a few Sagarmatha strains.

Well, now that I think about it, I have not purchased seeds from Sag for about twelve years or so.Just purple pinecone and matanuska tundra for me. That's awesome you've tried so many of their strains. When was the last time you picked up some sag seeds? I wonder if he's working/working with the same stock..
Theres a disclaimer about their auto's, THEY OUTSOURCE THEM FROM OTHER BREEDERS, JUST LIKE SENSI do.....they test each batch for germination rates, and that's it, like sex "it fills a gap in the middle of the day , only this fills a neich in the market is all.I ordered their AK48, and after recieving the seeds i did the research i was supposed to do before hand. busted you say?? isn't it legal to grow in Holland? I thaught that saga was based thereI do believe that there was an issue regarding his seedstock(not sure if there were issues with losing parent stock or just germ issues etc..)
