Here's a few of my books, mostly Stephen King. I think all but like maybe 7 or 8 in that pic are Stephen King and that's not all of his books I have, mom borrowed Revival, From a Buick 8 and Salem's Lot.[/QUOTE]

Sorry, had to 1-up you Blue.

Last pic is just what I've read this year to date roughly. I've got five 20 gallon totes full in the basement. I have a problem.

Yeah I've got a ton in storage, I can't pass them up at garage sales. Church sale had a deal, you fill up a shopping bag with books and it was $1.
I've had some amazing luck at garage sales where I live. Same principle, we just don't really have Church sales.

Or at least if we I've never noticed. I did manage to pick up a beat up first-edition copy of "For Whom the Bell Tolls" be Hemmingway from my friend's parents estate sale though.

I'm in Texas, there's a church on every street corner. People "donate" things to be sold for a profit, mostly junk nobody except a weirdo like me would want. I get lots of old electronics there every year. I'm really proud of my alarm clock radio phone with glowing number pad.

I bought this as an audible book. I fall asleep when I read but this was wonderful to listen to bc Jane and some of her proper English speaking friends did all the reading herself and she has such a wonderful voice. Great book.

If you get desperate you can hunt down pdf versions sometimes but it's not the same as an actual book
for sure.

No good books at the sale this past Saturday, it was $1 for a bag but there was nothing but old cook books and romance paper backs.
