Lol karma is the worst bitch...maybe ask her what's up?? I had problems with a landlord. .same issue. .she wanted to kick me out of my cottage..I took over my cousin's lease...rent was 400$ a month..but it was a fixer upper...she wanted to do renos so she could charge more...i turned the table on her..I quickly gave my 30 day notice. .plus I asked to have the past 3 months refunded...if she claimed my cottage was unfit to live in why did she allow me to stay in there ..i took pics of the issues and threatened to take her to landlord tenant court. ..my lease contract stipulated she was responsible for all repairs...lmfao i got 3 months rent back...and laughed in her face as I left...

Oh honey, if you only knew! my porch steps have been falling apart for months, they have failed to maintain this property whatsoever! I'm taking pictures today for our records, just in case she tries something shady before then. We talked it over and decided to just go along for now, if she tries anything, then its on!

Cat gave her a reality check yesterday, anymore problems and they will find themselves in a losing battle for sure.

Glad to here you had a good weekend though, mine was pretty laid back. Went partying friday, hung over Saturday, didn't do shit yesterday but got somewhat started on my light.

I will defiantly post up some pictures. Will be making a new thread for my new strains and light as well.

Yeah, now I know why he says I'm really a dude..I was so inebriated I wanted to start a fight with everybody and everything Friday night o_O between the landlord and losing my cell phone, I had myself in a tizzy!

We took a long drive and looked at houses Saturday afternoon. There was one that was awesome I'm waiting to hear back on. It's a super nice place..river running at the end of the property, plenty of land, stone home at the bottom of a foothill. Super sweet...

What up Rosey?!

Haven't gotten around to the new thread yet but I did finish my light today!

Eight CXB3070s driven at 1400mA, per set of four, with two HLG 185H 1400s. Runs at about 450w together, that's what my kill a watt meter said. This will be replacing my 600w HPS and 392w, 180-190w actual draw, Apollo Purple Sun. So I'll be running close to half the electricy, and I'll be gaining a significant amount on the yield end. The usable light compared is incredible.

I'm looking for a minimum of 1gpw my next harvest putting me in that lb range with a simple 12sqft. Anything higher is a plus, but I do expect higher numbers. Once I get back into cycle and I have my gals vegging for two months before flowering, I would not be surprised to see 1.5gpw on the high end from these lights. Let alone the advantages of my scrog and ROLS.

Boom baby, let there be light.

How industrious of you!! that's genius right there ;)

I spent all day yesterday surfing the web for houses. I tell ya, by the time Cat got home my neck and shoulders were hurting from sitting in front of the computer so long. I have a month to find a place and get moved.

The girl I have has another 12 to 14 weeks to go, she's mostly sativa and we may not be able to finish her out depending on how this goes. We were planning on scrogging her, I'm bummed about that but I'd rather have a place to live, ya know? we are looking at this one house that has a walk in closet with those white metal shelves already installed, would make a great clone/vegging area. We shall see!

You know it, a hot damn mess! lol

Don't know yet about the little lady going with us, like I said, she has nearly three months of growing to do and we're not sure if moving it is the best idea. We'll figure it out as we go I guess.

Karma is a bitch, I'm sure the landlady will get her share, no skin off my teeth. I've spent a lot of time researching and paid for access to a database so I've got some good leads. Something should pan out soon.

The closet is amazing! I'm hoping to get a return phone call on that house today, fingers crossed!
