Hey guys, what are your thoughts on seasoned users who shame and make fun of new cannabis users? Like they make fun of you for things like not being able to handle the smoke well, not knowing how to do fancy smoke tricks or just being new to pot?

Myself being new to cannabis (barely two months) i don't really understand the idea that pot smoking is like a competitive sport where you need a certain level of skills to be respected.

Why isn't it just about people enjoying the wonderful plant of cannabis as the nice experience and medicine it is?

I mean, I only vaporize because it's healthy and i have sensitive lungs that cannot tolerate smoke. Does that make me a poser or something? I still grow my own plants and I'm really passionate about the science around weed and I think it's silly to make fun of people for those reasons.

Sounds like your friends are jerks. Who cares if you don't smoke that much. I have a couple friends that don't smoke and they don't make fun of me for smoking.

it is a big brother little brother thing going on
the old smokers are just busting your balls because at some point someone did it to them and they are passing it down ........it is really simple how to handle it u bust their balls oh i can smoke that much when it is only 8% thc try some of my shit 22% thc ....stuff like friendly poking (watch gran torino)

as for u only vaping each to their own ........does the job ....try a dap one time on a real rig u might like it (personally i like a 2 1/2 foot bong with 1/2 gram hitter )

In fact most of my friends do not consume weed. And those who do are not twats who think their masculinity comes down to the amount of smoke they can handle. I have no interest in that. It's just something that I witnessed in the comment of a video on youtube.

1. I have never come across what you are talking about in real life besides heckling someone for taking too big a hit and coughing a lung up.

B. Vaping does not do shit for me unless I follow it up with some smoke.
