So hey people,
a couple weeks ago I posted in the random jibber thread about a close call with the cops.well, turns out they had been in the area during daylight(cops) looking for some dude? running around looking for a neighbors shady roommate during daylight hours and not just at night when I talked with them.
Long story short, I'm working a week our so ago and get a text from a neighbor that cops were at my house,5 minutes later another text, cops are all over! And in my house! Shittiest feeling I've ever had!! Basically got play by play by text of them loading my outdoor plants and indoor into a truck,along with my 2 lights and all related gear.my biggest fear was my 3 dogs, my neighbors came over and wanted to take my dogs but got the cold shoulder( they help me out if I'm working a long day, my dogs know them) the cops apparently used the stick to put them in a room( didn't hurt them).
Anyway, im waiting on charges and lawyered up.real long story short, when in doubt, pull em out...

michigan is a med state, check it out once the smoke clears. sorry to hear about your misfortune, hopefully you can settle w some community service and a phatt fine.

that texting heads-up must have seemed surreal. im aware of the feeling, like a neighbor informing me of a b&e with a call. and i'd have been concerned shitless over the dogs, darn good they're ok! so, things could have been worse.. let us know how it goes, good luck w this man..

That really sucks. What reason did they have to enter your house? I agree with abe, check out the med laws. But seems to me a good lawyer could get this disassembled. Whatever they found during their unwarranted raid should be thrown out. Good luck man. I'd burn one with the neighbors. good looking out.

This was minnesota, no legal cannabis except non thc liquid shit for seizures.I still haven't received any charges? The not knowing is killing me!
I had 10 plants outdoors, only 5 that I was actually caring about and 3 mother plants downstairs with 5 small plants in 1 gallon pots in my flower closet.
They cleaned up well! Even took my water filtration unit off the wall!
Funny thing is I had a fresh 1lb disc of green butter in the fridge and another lb in the freezer along with a big batch of frozen cookie dough! And they forgot some hash that was in a jar along side the other jars that they took!?!? Strange..
I don't have any prior shit,not within the last 25 years anyway..

I'll try and post up what happens as it does..

About 15 years ago, my dad owned a construction company and some cops FBI to be exact came by told him that they knew what was going on and that he can either tell them where it is or have the whole house and his shop Searched. He told them as long as they didn't bother his family that he would. so he reluctantly and out of shock told them where a pound and a half was along with some triple beams and even a quarter bag in his pocket. they even gave him a receipt for everything that they took we never heard anything back on that but later on, month or so he got busted. full on raid at night. You know kick in the door of the house and his shop simultaneously he ran the business out of the shop funny thing is if they would have just waited an hour the shipment was on the way only thing they found was five guys sitting there waiting on the shit to get there. when they kicked in the door in the house my mom was sitting on the couch they come in guns up make her pull her nightgown tight so that they could see any weapons my mom doesn't even look like a violent person they go in the other room well my sister and my grandmother are handicapped well my grandmother is gone now but anyway they didn't even know about them being in there my mom said they radioed through that we got a situation in here. anyway I could sit here and tell you the whole story but you got your own shit going on but the moral is when cops here or know of you going to get busted they will take advantage and come bust you before the real bust the movies aren't fake shit like that really happens. hope all works out think smart and Good luck.

"No news might be good news" ?? More important things to do? There was no cash(i never sold) no signs of dealing and what I had indoors was obviously not a moneymaker.
Guess I'll Keeping waiting..
