i agree very much! "yes officer, i have 2 LBs because I'm on my way from my production site"
i think you are still in for an argument and even if they return your meds, they aren't stored very well and they degrade. it's wasted anyway but you'll be let go...but there will be a record on your police file that they detained you

No you're getting your meds stolen and if you're lucky they will be entered into the evidence locker. Unlucky and the officer will be smoking your bud himself. I think the getting your meds returned bit is over. More then likely they will take it for analysts then order it destroyed. Fuck you sue us. This has happened to a few people I know and trust. It's at the point you can't afford to hire a lawyer so you have to defend yourself and the pigs have the priciest lawyers on call even for small claims shit. The system is more then stacked aginst us. I would show the cops your perscription and nothing else. Refuse to let them search your person, vehicle, dwelling or property. Their hands/gloves are dirty and may contaminate your pristine meds. If you're legal, you have no reason to go through the whole routine and explain it to a cop who just looks at you like a crazy person quoting the scoc decisions ect. Show them your doctors signature or mmar paperwork for possession and then ask to leave their presence immediately with your weed. As you already know if you get charged with a crime you will walk free it just take time and unwavering commitment to proving your innocence.

if you get nailed, use Turmels kits they work but might take a while.
i know a guy who got 6 LBs back but it was in such bad shape he threw it away. he said it smelled like hay. it was in evidence for 6 months

I just kinda jumped into this thread but I gotta say there are quite a few inaccuracies stated. BC has convicted over 1300 people for cannabis crimes in the first 6 months of 2015, not sure how many were actually charged though, i only spent 3 min. finding the conviction numbers lol. While thats not a lot its hardly being ignored. Also a charge and not a conviction will be on your record and can still have grave consequences. As for this debate about NDP versus LIB, and who offerers the best policies. Yes get the facts! There are non!!! Lol. Both parties have been very vague recently, when asked about their intentions, other than it will be highly regulated at first but decriminalized. After that, WTF knows! And really I know I fear the word regulated lol. Although its got to be better than now, right???

While doing your research don't forget to look at where the arrest are happening and What agency was laying the criminal charges. Vpd isn't laying many. RCMP that's who's driving those numbers. I agree with you both libs and Ndp are being far to vague. But I think that's more to do with not giving the cons any ammo to use aginst them then to deceive us.

Mj use numbers have steadily risen worldwide for decades while schizo numbers have stayed the same.
Some common sense should kick n and save research dollars for facts that the public would believe the research of.
But the anti mj folks are too stubborn or dumb for common sense.
