A reply to an email should not take more the 3 days tops.

There's a reason virtually every company under the sun has a link on their site saying "contact us" and when you click it they say they will respond in 24-48 hours. Because any longer and customers think their questions aren't being looked at or taken seriously.

The guy made a post here saying Doc's not getting back to him, which is not an uncommon thing from the Dr. nor is hearing he's a huge asshole to the people that do get threw to him. If the guy didn't respond to my first email I would have sent him another one 3 days later saying "Ok, we're done don't bother replying you will never get my business" I don't fuck around with people that can't reply to an email when everyone has a smart phone and 99% have their email go right to it.

Biggest tip I can give anyone when ordering (ANYTHING) online if you have questions ask them before you buy something and if they don't respond to your questions no matter how badly you want something don't buy it. If they don't reply to your email when there is cash on the line they certainly aren't going to give a hoot when they have your money in their pocket and their product has an issue.

Completely agree. I'm sorry and mean no offense but I've seen the same guys posting all over numerous boards raving about dr gt and defending him at all costs. Its seems like some of these people are shills for the doc. I'm sure the doc has some great gear but his prices are to high for me when I know I can grow dank just as good if not better for little to no cost.

So i have ordered for 300bucks,
Or actually i was hoping of some good faith with the doc.
The bubbakush cost 200 dollars and the world wide express cost 35 so thats 235 but i sent 65 dollars extra with alittle note saying, i hope its not a problem but i hope u could send me some c99 beans that equals that 65 dollars.

I sent the letter from northern northern europe. And here seeds are not illegal so i have ordered from the tude several times and never had a problem.
Really tough to send cash in a envelope but i hope its all good.

I Will update as soon something arrives or... Not.

I have Always wanted to try the sova bubba Kush but havent really been there growknowledeg wise. So now i think i can do justice to the strain and have prepared with gear and everything so it Will be real interesting.

Ok, i have been looking at dr g bubba Kush for years bit never rally got to order it. And now when u get 5 seeds i thought, what the heck lets keep a mommy for the first time. I have had many of the reptuable breeders as bodhi etc before but only from seed to finish never mommy. So now when i upgraded alot of things i thought with that id go for à keeper with bubba and c99.
Im going to post printscreen on My mails.
I only have a mobilephone cuz nobody use Homephone here anymore. And i have blocked calls that cost like international. So i dont know how and when to call, but i think mail so do it.

Im going to My computer and fix printer screens now.

Shill or not there's something fishy about Dr. Greenthumb Canada. I mean his website looks dodgy in itself and he's a total dick to deal with from reports. He was a grump at first to me then chilled out and was cool on the phone.
I personally believe he targets noobs and it worked when I first started growing with all his tasty sounding strains. I then educated myself on seedbanks and breeders and the doc would not even be last on my list. You could grab a pack of some crazy crosses from beanhorder on hemp depot do some pheno hunting and most likely blow the docs gear out of the water, all for $45. Lets be real about the docs gears, thers's tons of his reports of his gear not being what he says, example being his bubba not even growing close to the structure of bubba. Why take the chance and gamble $200 for a *possible* unstable hermied riddle plant, when there are so many reputable breeders and seedbanks out there now.

Also the dude should be treating his customers like gold. I mean the doc must be bathing in tubs of dough. He is a private breeder with his own gear, when I first was researching growing (before I pulled the trigger I remember I was looking at ordering from him or heaven's stairway), jeez that was back in the day so the dude has been around for awhile. I would guess he probably has a few thousand orders a year and must be doing very well with a lot of u.s. states passing med mj.

Guys... Please i have to defend this time, i know he might be a grumpy one. BUT i got my bubba Kush today! And for the extra i sent i got 10 iranian auto i think. I wanted some c99 that would equal 65 dollars and i think mayby all seeds are already Packed so to open a package to take out only a couple might be unneccassary. So i got a full iranian 10 pack instead. I just wanted the bubba so im pleased.

I absolutley understand everybody with the prices but to be fear old mother sativa has said all along that doc would come thru. He wasnt wrong. I can not speak for everybody, but mine took time yes. But i got it so i cant say anything. He should have answered the mail but mayby the phone would have made it, but in My defense i cant phone canada so.

I know 200 for 5(6) bubba. But its the same thing, Why buy iPhone when there is several phones that are very good. Why by a Armani shirt when there is cheap clothes thats just as good.

It might just be good advertistment. But IF u want something u want it period. IF i dont find a keeper then atleast i give it a try.
