It's a calcium deficiency. Use Cal-Mag at full strength. You should see healthy new leaves in about a week, but affected leaves won't recover.
What are you feeding your plants? What's your pH?

Bio biz grow & bloom chart schedule... PH is 6
Calcium gets locked out at pH of 6! Put some Cal-Mag in your water and djust your pH to 6.8, then water to 20% runoff. If you're using liquid nutrients, it's best to always keep your pH at 6.2 to 6.8 for best results.

Good luck.

I had identical looking fan leaves. I caused a nute lockout. Flushed two or three times then brought the food back which has healthy doses of cal/mag. Hoping for the best, hate that I damaged so many if the fan leaves. Live and learn. Hopefully my second grow goes well. Not sure if you experienced the same but I kind of reset my trichome production by 2-3wks

Yellow between veins (interveinal chlorosis), dead spots on affected leaves... Looks like a manganese deficiency. You have already flushed, which is good. Lower your ph to 6-6.5 and add a microchelated formula.
