Please help. I have two plants in one pot. And I also dont know if they are ready for flowering?

Its my first time planting cannabis. And I want to make it indoor because its not legal here in our place. First my problem was I grew it up on the same pot because I dont have a choice since Im afraid whether it could both die If disturb their roots so Im planning on growing them together and just replanting it on bigger pot. So I will just ask if when is the right time for me to replant this two and when will I start flowering them?

Its the same kind bro. I cant upload picture. Low connection. Sorry. They are close to each other. The one that is smaller has its 5th pair of leaves and the one only on its 4th pair that has 5fingers. Its 4weeks to 5weeks. Do I need to start flowering it? And how?

OK, firstly if you really want to see these plants to harvest I can't recommend more strongly that you do a LOT of reading on this site or elsewhere. You got them going this far and they look pretty good, but you're not going to make it to the end if you don't educate yourself.
Second, you need to separate them - gently - and repot them in 2 pots. They don't look big enough to me to start flowering, unless you don't really care that you'll only have a few grams result. If you want to know how to flower your plants, again, read up on the basics. Trust me, you have some time :) Everyone has to start somewhere and this site is very supportive, but you have to do your part and do your homework.
